On the 29th of February parliamentary Vice-minister for Foreign Affairs of Japan, member of House of Councillors of the Parliament of Japan Mr. Kazuyuki Hamada presented the Ambassador of Ukraine to Japan Mykola Kulinich Diploma for assisting in organizing media programs dedicated to the bilateral cooperation in the framework of “Fukushima-Chernobyl".

During the ceremony Vice-Minister Hamada highly appreciated the prospects of “Fukushima-Chernobyl" dialogue and emphasized the importance of the forthcoming official visit of Chairman of Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Mr. Volodymyr Lytvyn to Japan and his participation in memorial events to mark the 1-st anniversary of tragedy after the Great Eastern Japan Earthquake.
