More than sixty Ukrainians gathered in one of the central park of Japanese capital. All the participants were dressed in national traditional costumes and marched on Shibuya district. The Japanese who are interested in Ukraine joined to march. //
Main goal of the action is to popularize Ukrainian clothes and traditions, show all the beauty of a Ukrainian embroidered shirt, which is regarded as a symbol of nationality and national pride.
The event was organized by Ukrainian students studying in Japan and the group Kraiany, supported by the Embassy of Ukraine to Japan and the Ukrainian Orthodox Church - Kyiv Patriarchate.
